Dear Friends,
We are excited to see some positive changes in the real estate market following the challenges of 2023. San Francisco, in particular, is experiencing a resurgence of optimism as entrepreneurs and investors reemerge, driven by the flourishing AI sector. According to the Wall Street Journal, despite a 12% drop in venture capital startup investment, San Francisco displays incredible resilience, particularly in contrast to the 27% and 42% drops in startup funding in Austin and Los Angeles. Booming financial markets and soaring consumer confidence have caused the San Francisco housing market to experience a revival as well. With the spring selling season underway, we are seeing increases in both available homes for sale and those going into contract compared to the same time last year. If you are looking to sell but have been waiting for improved market conditions, this is an excellent time since available inventory is still lagging demand in most neighborhoods. For buyers, as the market heats up and becomes more competitive, it is essential to work with an agent who can help you secure your dream home! Whatever your needs, we are here to guide you!
Below, check out our neighborhood spotlight, some of our upcoming listings, available homes & recent sales. And, of course, make sure to take advantage of fun things to do in SF and our team’s pick of the month!
As always, don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any real estate-related questions; whether you are ready to buy or sell or just want to explore options, we are here to help! If you need guidance outside San Francisco, remember that we also have an amazing national network of great agents who can help you, your friends and your family with real estate needs. We look forward to connecting with you soon! Dale can be reached at 415.748.1519 and Alla at 415.748.2550.

Xiao Long Bao & Good Luck Dim Sum
If you haven’t experienced dim sum takeout, you are missing out on a true SF experience. There are many bustling places to choose from in the city and two of our team favorites are in the Richmond District! Both have delicious dumplings, baos, and much more! And better yet served fast food style! Where else can you spend $20-$30 bucks for a family feast?
DA TEAM TIP:
Bring your cash, as most of these places don’t take credit, and be ready to order fast, or you will miss your turn! And if the line is too long at our FAVS (as they have become TikTok famous), you are sure to find your own favorite just down the street 🙂
“We had an exceptional experience collaborating with Dale & Alla. They went above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. Thanks to their invaluable support, we were able to close on our dream home.”
