With summer coming to a close, we hope you’ve had your share of fun in the sun! We’ve really enjoyed staying in the city for most of the summer in the wonderfully cool weather; another reason to LOVE San Francisco, right?! The San Francisco real estate market has also stayed relatively cool, with buyers and sellers in a bit of a standoff. While everyone is trying to make sense of economic trends, one thing is very clear: people with properties secured by low-interest loans are simply not selling, which explains overall transaction volume nearing historic lows. By contrast, buyers are facing higher interest rates that are causing mortgage payments to soar – up to 50% more compared to just two years ago! As a result, buyers are either dropping out of the market or demanding a lot more from the homes they purchase. Anecdotally, we are beginning to see much more energy in the market and open houses are busy as buyers consolidate into fewer and fewer properties for sale. Perhaps growing buyer energy will provide the spark sellers need to market their properties for sale. Which way will the scales tip?? Of course, time will tell, but we are on top of these dynamic market conditions and are here to help you navigate it!

Che Fico
The food focuses on Italian cuisine through the lens of California. It’s our vision of Northern California as if it is a region in Italy, our connection to the region, and our love for Italian culinary practices. The rustic, market-driven menu features handmade pasta, pizzas, antipasti, housemade salumi, meat, and fish plus dishes from the Jewish-Roman heritage known as “Cucina Ebraica.”
The beverage program focuses heavily on both Italian and Californian wines with a cocktail program that utilizes a variety of spirits, amaros, and seasonal ingredients.
“We couldn’t have been more pleased to have worked with Dale and Alla. They presented a well-researched marketing plan and faithfully executed their marketing strategy for the successful sale of our San Francisco condo. They were sensitive to our requests for cost containment and the time frame surrounding the sale, and chose appropriate vendors for staging and pre-sale maintenance. They kept us well-informed during the entire process. They were accessible, engaged, extremely detailed and results-oriented.
Based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending them to professionally manage the sale or purchase of your next home.”
