Dear Friends,
It’s no secret that we can give a big 👎👎 to San Francisco’s residential real estate market in 2023, with its 31.4% decline in sales from the previous year. Looking forward, there are several factors in motion that may indicate that the market has reached a floor. The mere anticipation of Fed monetary easing has already led to lower mortgage interest rates, which is motivating buyers to jump into the market along with the new AI tech boom and diminished remote work that are bringing people back ready to buy. These forces are already unfolding as we are anecdotally seeing an exponential increase in open house activity and good properties selling to multiple offers! Of course, you know our hearts remain forever in San Francisco and we just love the positive energy re-emerging! “Alla & Dale Team are the most professional and impressive real estate duo I ever met/ worked with. Their years of experience navigating and operating in the Bay Area was key in finding and closing our home. Their attention to detail, great guidance provided throughout the process and eagerness to make things right for us have been reassuring. In a challenging market like San Francisco, I can’t echo the importance of having the right people by your side otherwise you may never close your dream home as it’s not as straightforward as you may think it is; no matter how much money you have. Me and my husband can’t recommend these two enough! Go Team Alla & Dale!
