The Challenge
We worked with a developer to sell these three gorgeous new construction homes. While new construction sales are typically straightforward, this project presented challenges such as neighborhood tension about the project, proximity to the freeway, the vertical layout of the homes and the lack of an elevator.
Our Approach
Our marketing strategy included staggering the launch of the homes to emphasize their individual value, marketing directly to other top agents and brokers in the city, and utilizing off-market channels to gain maximum exposure in the shortest amount of time. We staged the homes to attract a younger, hipper buyer profile who would appreciate the structural and functional design and layout. We helped educate neighbors on the real estate process and worked with them as partners.
The Result
We were able to exceed our seller’s expectations by quickly selling all three of these stunning homes at excellent prices. One home was sold without hitting the market because of the tremendous pre-market exposure and our extensive network of agent contacts.
