The Challenge
In the same family for over 40 years, this wonderful home hadn’t been updated in at least that long! As a cosmetic fixer, we strongly believed that a strategic, modernizing facelift was needed, along with a powerful, well-executed marketing campaign in order to broaden its appeal, buyer pool and ultimately maximize its sale price. Despite the work needed, we also wanted a no-hassle experience for the seller.
Our Approach

In the end, the property successfully sold for: $555,000 over asking, 10 offers, All cash, 7 day close.
