The Challenge
This idyllic St. Francis Wood Beauty needed to be refreshed and modernized as the home looked dated. The expansive yard had been neglected and needed to be revived as it was one of the key selling points.

We suggested several strategic upgrades at reasonable costs to refresh the home and maximize the sale price: painting the interior, changing light fixtures, replacing carpets, removing some outdated wall accents, landscaping, and staging. With some key upgrades we were able to update this home and show it in its best light.
