We suggested key design elements and brought in high end stagers to accent the already lux design elements of this fabulous home. From there we adopted a targeted marketing strategy beginning with a quiet launch of the property “Off-Market” using Compass Coming Soon to make the property feel “exclusive” and bringing in the top producing real estate agents for a first view of the home. From there we opened it up to the larger agent population and found the perfect buyers for this spectacular home!
