This exquisite condo had been used as an AirBnB and was well worn and lived in when this seller reached out. Despite all the chamm, it had a traditional Edwardian layout with many rooms and a closed-off floor plan but the client lacked the funds to make strategic improvements. There was also a delicate neighbor relationship that needed to be carefully managed.

Through the improvements, we were able to attract multiple offers and then leverage those offers to increase the sales price further. At close of escrow, Compass Concierge was reimbursed through the funds of the sale.
