The Challenge

This lovely Edwardian was part of a divorce sale and just needed some sprucing up to get it ready for market. In addition, we identified 2 key upgrades to maximize the sale price: adding a sink to the existing powder room to make it a ½ bath on the main level and reimagining the backyard cottage which had a ton of potential but had been neglected over the years.

Our Approach

We brought new life to this stylish Edwardian with some modern, upgraded light fixtures, paint colors, new carpets, a sink to the toilet room to make it a ½ bath, and nuanced staging in the main house. But the real pièce de résistance was turning the rundown cottage into a usable home office space! We oversaw a team of vendor partners that added a new roof, flooring, painting, and staging, giving it a whole new life. Once we added some modern touches and updated the cottage, we knew with the right marketing plan; we would find the perfect new family to call this home!
