The Challenge
Our sellers were going through a difficult period in their lives and needed to sell their home, but had no resources to put toward preparing it for market. Unfortunately, the property needed a lot of love and preparation to get it market ready to sell for the maximum price.
Our Approach
We partnered with the sellers, creating a plan and assembled a team of key vendors to cover the associated costs necessary for upgrades and negotiated with them to be reimbursed at close of escrow. We then managed the entire home preparation process and the results were transformational. Despite some design challenges with the property (very long staircase to enter the home), it sold almost immediately after the first open house.
The Result
Our sound investment paid off. The property successfully sold for: $155,000 above the asking price, bidding war with multiple offers in the same week.
