From a first time condo purchase in Noe Valley, to the sale of that lovely (and unique) property, and the purchase of our awesome Bernal Heights single family home. In our last purchase in bernal, he went to see several homes, advising us on the pluses/minuses like a champ. When we finally found one we loved, he zoned in on it like a missile and was getting the skinny (he's got a very good reputation amongst brokers, which definitely helps get you a leg up).
