A Team Day at Martinelli Winery
Every neighborhood we work in has a place people go to slow down. For our team, that place was Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley.
We spent a day at Martinelli Winery in Windsor, stepping away from showings and paperwork to just be a team – no agenda beyond good wine and good company. It’s a small thing, but it matters. The client experiences we’re proud of come from a team that genuinely enjoys working together, not one that’s just clocking hours side by side.
Martinelli has been farming this land since the 1880s, and the same family still grows every grape that goes into the bottle. The tasting room sits inside a converted, turn-of-the-century hop barn – the kind of place that’s a reminder that Sonoma wine country isn’t manufactured, it’s inherited.
If you want to visit: 3360 River Rd, Windsor, CA 95492 Open daily, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (707) 525-0570
It’s about an hour north of the city, and one of the easiest reasons we know to leave San Francisco for a day and come back appreciating it more.
We’re glad this is a business built on relationships, in the office and out of it. If a day like this is any indication of how our team works together, that’s exactly the point.
